I would like to sponsor my spouse.
My question is:
Are you sponsoring your wife as a canadian citizen or permanent resident?
You can sponsor either, but what are the differences between sponsoring as permanent resident or Canadian resident.
What is the most important factor that sponsor must have in order to sponsot its wife.
