I am surprized that how many people started some topic or started giving feedback without mentioning the consulate location. You really can not get benefitted with that information as it is totally dependent to particular consulate and can drmatically change for other consulate..especially the timing issues....you must agree that if one person is talking about things in reference with buffalo and other is trying to understand in reference with New Delhi..how confusing it will be....so my suggestion is to everybody here ....please always indicate the consulate office location ..to make your information/suggestion worth...

Looka is absolutely right. we must be really clear about which embassy we are talking about because the waits vary so much depending on the region. We are causing each other far too much hope and angst when we offer timelines that are not embassy appropriate.
Suggestion to our administrator (firstly, thank you for all your efforts)...for some of the questions that come up every few days that require the same answer each time - such as CAIPS notes... could we consider a tab containing FAQ???

Also, people talk about the applications being approved... but most of the time they don´t indicate whether the they applied as Inpependent Skilled Workers or Spouses, which seem to be the classes that are relevant for people participating in this Forum.
Thanks all for being here and supporting each other while the immigration procedure continues.
