Once you become a Landed, can you use that PR card to travel at any time? Or do you need any other documents?

You will be travelling with your original passport. So whatever conditions apply to your original passport will apply when you travel outside Canada.
If you are from India for eg. you will travel with your Indian passport and you will require a visa to travel to the U.K. to the U.S. and any other country that require Indian nationals to obtain a visa.
