I have experience of immigration interview for canada
Just be sure to convince the Visa Officer that "no matter what you will not come back and will not change your field", even if you have to start from entry level job and do some courses and all to reach where you are today.
Learn few things about canada:
prime minister name
national bird/animal/anthem/flag
positive things about canada like good standard of living, social security, good education system, etc.
Wear whatever you feel comfortable in if you are a lady, but guys should wear formal suit and tie.
