I want to know how and where I can get Indian PCC in USA

If your passport is issued in the US you can apply to the US consulate. They have an application form online and you have to pay a $20 fee. You can either apply in-person and get the PCC the same day or you can apply by mail.
I am not sure what the procedure is if your passport is issued in India.

For passport issued in India ------- Its the same process, but you will not get back passport same day. Ok, in NY consulate they will ask you to call a number after 30 days and they will then ask you to come and pick it up if all is ok. You should check with your local consulate though.

I applied for PCC to DC consulate...just sent the passports along with application & fee. Got them back aloong with PCC in precisely 4 weeks. It will cost a little if passport is issued in India, i think it was 40$

I got PCC from Houston office. First I sent Misc. form, photocopy of Passport..and then after a month I sent my original passport..they sent me back my PCC... simple..

Even though I am an Indian citizen, application made in Buffalo, they never asked for PCC from Indian and I never sent it, hope they don´t ask it all the way to the end
