I just got my CAIPS Notes today. Here is what it looks like:

It also tells that they requested IELTS and they received the results. The assessment section is empty with 0 points in all section.
Looks like I havent had the papers screened yet. Why could that happen? Whats MXR?

You haven?t got your IA yet. It?s usually pointless to request your CAIPS notes before IA since most of the information is usually populated after IA.
Your caips is normal.

I asked for my CAIPS after 9 months. I was expecting that IA would be there. Seems like they are not even going to look at my application until this July, more than a year after application was recieved. Well, It only cost me 5 bucks, and I know what the status is. I will get CAIPS again in August.

They haven´t started anything yet but proceed to check your background checks first particularly your SEC CRIM (security and criminality) on July 8, 2005, they sent your file to another visa office (probably another country) and they BF´d (bring forward date) you file after 1 year since they started you background checks. July 5, 2006, this is the date where they have to finalize your PPS (Paper Screening and Selection Decision)
Your application seems stricter than others, you probably previously stayed in either a communist, middle eastern or muslim country.

Hmm... I am from Pakistan. I have been living in the US though for last 5 years.
If I was to get CAIPs in August, you think IA will be there?

Shouldnt Initial Assesment (IA) be done on 05-07-2006.
