I landed in March 06 and returnd back to USA in 4 days. No my PR cards have come in mail at the local address in Canada.
Can my friend mail the same to me in USA.
If yes, when I enter back into Canada would there be any problem or questions as to how did I get the PR card as I left Canada in four days the first time. My pasport has Canadian entry stamp as well USA entry stamp.

No problem in mailing. Its a known fact that a lot of landed immigrants leave Canada to settle matters in their home country before returning to settle in Canada at a later date. Plus the first apartment or house that a lot of immigrants stay when they first come are relatives or friends.
No questions asked.
