I have applied to canada immigration from India,my processing has been started on july 21st , can somebody let me know approximately how long will it take to complete the process and how my application will be processed further

Might take even 10 years... better settle down in your home country ... Honestly what I have seen in canada is that people here do not like Indians and Pakis ...just be ready... Good luck

Is this true? yeah I kinda notice that almost everybody in this forum has either someone or some people that they don´t like, why is that too? So does anybody here thinks I am not welcome in Canada?

Anon, what exactly have you seen ? Where do you live in Canada ?
Toronto is nothing like that, in fact there are approx 25 indians in the cabinet now and some of the highest posts are held by Indians in current politics...don´t know what you´re talking about Anonymous..

Not to mention 50,ooo indians showed up to the khalsa day parade downtown toronto just this weekend which was attended by a ton of politicians and high post officials ..
canada makes it a point to run indian oriented stories and news in the daily papers, radio and tv
there are a variety of indian programs that are telecasted daily on main-stream tv cables and radio channels. .
i have no idea what you´re talking about ..

Vancouver is the same.don´t know what 171.246 is talking about. If you are polite, responsible and contribute to our society we don´t care what colour you are or where you come from. You can be green and come from Mars for all we care.

Don´t scare Siva Thalla. It´s ok, not everyone is able to send their applications to Buffalo. People do live in India too, and obviously it takes longer to process your application. Yeah, a long way to go.

hey shiva thalla... 2011 could be the expected date for you i guess given the rate at which applications are being processed at delhi...me too applied in feb 2005 and im not expecting anything before 2010... its a long wait... and one needs to have loads of patience... all the best.... reply back if u wanna keep in touch
