Yesterday, I finally got my PPR from Seattle!!! I´m home free right? Thanks everyone!!!
Here is my time line.
2005.03 AOR (Buffalo)
2006.01 Seattle Transfer Notice from Buffalo
2006.02 IA (Seattle)
2006.03 Medical
2006.05 PPR
Allow me to ask my last question.
In the PPR letter, on the second page, it says along with my passport, I have to submit,
- Two (2) recent photo ... (see specifications below)
- "Height and eye colour ... (complete form below)"
but there were no appendix or forms attached!!! What should I do now...

let me be the first one in this forum to congatulate you. Unfortunately I don´t know the answer to your question. But, I´m quite happy for you and pretty hopefull for my self with the same timeline as yours in Seattle.

Congratulations! I also have the same timeline.
I would try to copy one from a friend who has received it or to just send in the information without the form. You may be lucky and they will enter it for you. They could also send the form back to you.
I have 2 questions for you:
1. Are you alone on the application or did you apply with your family?
2. Did your e-cas changed to medicals received?

I´m still waiting for any info about this form...
To answer she´s questions,
1. I´m alone. Sounds sad! Well, actually I have a Canadian partner for about 4 years now but I did not mention anything about him in my application. I hold a work permit valid until Aug. this year.
2. nope! the only two lines are
- AOR
- Seattle Transfer
That´s it!

hi ritea, could you please tell us when you had submitted your application nov 2004 or dec 2004? your answer will be appreciated. you got your ppr in real quick time.. one month for medicals.. congrats

when they sent me the PPR from Seattle they didn´t ask for photos or eye color, height. I sent them 3 pictures anyway. My eye color and height are mentioned in my passport, so maybe that´s why they didn´t ask. By the way, they received my passport on May 1st in the morning. I´ll let you know when I´ll get it back.

The photo requirements are the same as the ones for your initial application. You can find that on the CIC site.
As for the height / eye colour sheet,
it looked like this.
1. Height____________ Eye colour__________
It wasn´t anything special in that it didn´t have any specific letter head on it at all. Just a sheet of photo copied paper.
Did you get the grey envelope also?????
