Here is my case, I have post-graduated work permit, valid until 2008, work full-time, union job with full benefit. Got permanent job offer letter. Does this consider as arrange employment???
I am a little bid worry about if Buffalo will regard my case as arrage employment.

A employment letter means that the funds to settle are not a issue. The arranged employment you refer to has to be in the form of a letter from Human Resources Skills Development Canada or what used to be called as the Unemployment Department in certain circles.
They assess if the company has employees and has advertised and still can´t find a Canadian or PR to take the position. Then they issue a letter to the company that they can higher a foreign national instead.
If your a US citizen you should use your letter to get a Provincial Nominee Certificate which will also give you fifteen points.

Because my work permit is "HRSDC exempted", I finished college degree and got my work permit without HRSDC.

Your employer has offered you a permanent job once the permanent resident visa is issued.
You are currently working in that job.

Yes, it is an arranged employment as your work permit is valid for 12 months from date of your AOR

i finished my studies in hr, i got job in hr too..currently on open work permit valid til july 09..i need points for arrange employment..even my employer ready to help me..wht should i do...if i take permanent offer letter..is this concider as arranege employment..?
or i need hrdc conformation..for this permannent job..?plz help meeeeeee
