  Hi Chosen:::
I read your post and I think you should call them and ask if is there any missing document you should send, or you just should send them right away.
Personally, I applied within Canada and when the required more documents, they sent me a letter asking for them, but don´t wait for this to happen, because it can cause delays.. I just would call them or I would send the documents right away.
Don´t bother reading Sharon´s commentaries , I don´t do it anymore because I think she thinks she´s " Mrs. I know it all". Instead of giving support and positive comentaries, she just preaches people like a priest.

What pisses me off is when people reply (to sincere questions like I had asked) based on guess-work or "logical" thinking instead of from their experience or that of their acquaintances.

This is like getting presciption from a quack.

If you (or the people you know) have not experienced the situation raised by the questioner, just don´t reply.

If you must reply, mention that "this is what I think but I am not 100% sure".

Some people here (like Sharon) think they are the immigration official themselves and all the other people on this forum are dumb and need spoon-feeding.

That aside, thanks for your comments.

Hey CHosen:

Sharon might not be the best person in expressing her ideas in plain words, but I have seen her give really good advise. She might sound like an immigration officer to you, but SHE KNOWS!!!

Know, if you don´t want to hear from the dumbs of this forum, simply go to an immigration lawyer and hire him. Noone here claims to be an immigration officer! We all help each other by expressing our ideas.

Good luck!

^My friend, I am not expecting legal advice from this forum...just want people to share their "experiences" (if they or people they know have faced similar situation)...Is that too much to ask for ?

When you answer just based on what you think is correct(without saying so), you seed doubts in the minds of the questioner. That´s all.

Well.... (in reply to: Chosen 1)
Well:: I think it is very important to be careful with the things we say, because we may think we know a lot, I am sure Sharon may know a lot, but I´ve also read some of her posts giving the wrong advise, and I know that for a fact because I´ve experienced different situations with immigration. I think it is very important to say::: Based on my personal experience I think...., but when you don´t do that, you have to be really careful in the way you express your ideas.
And is not just her, there are some other posters who are very judgmental with people asking honest questions, and saying something like.... If you don´t like the posters in this forum you can hit the road...that sounds a little bit egotistic and sour.

This is a forum where there are no qualified immigration advisers are hanging around to answer your questions. All of us here are aspiring Canadian PR applicants who opt to help one another. Nobody here has the right to supress one´s idea or thought. Now if you think one´s idea is sorrounded with a cloud of doubt, go for a second opinion.
