PLEAESE GUYS WHAT DOES IT MEAN " REQ: AB" means on the medical form section A sent by CIC. It is on the left handside on the photo on the top..

You (and everybody else) normally are given only A form from CIC. The other form will be filled by the doctor (again from the list you were given) after your medical examination and HE/SHE will sent all of it to CIC. If your request shows B, only one more form will be used by the doctor.
Don´t worry, these doctor know the procedure and won´t ask you to do more than it´s necessary. Just make and appointment.
