HI, everyone.
I am now working as assitant to sales manager.
When I went to the webpages of http://www23.hrdc-drhc.gc.ca/2001/e/generic/welcome.shtml, I found that it is hard for me to find a NOC code to define my occupation. I am very worried that my current occupation is not listed for immigration .
I wonder if my occupation code is 1241 secretary,1222 exective assistant??1221 administrative officer, 6411 Sales Representatives - Wholesale Trade (Non-Technical ) or 6221 Technical Sales Specialists - Wholesale Trade.
My main duties are described as follows:
1. Maintaining and developing accurate market data,
2. Support the Sales Manager in his mission of effective management of the company´s sales force, to ensure that all members of the company´s sales force are well informed, well trained and well motivated to do their assigned jobs.
3.prepare monthly aging report/accounts payable report and distribute to the sales supervisors and salesmen, Collect sales budget, figues and prepare periodic sales report and forcast summary to submit to the management of the company
4, modify the contracts with customers, and follow up the whole process of sales (including data entry in the enterprise resource planning system, and preparation of invoice, delivery order)
5,administration: departmental administration is completed accurately and on-time in the approved formats and styles.
6,Liaison and communication-:The department actively promotes and supports effective co-operation and teamwork within the department and with other departments, agencies and customers
7,Safeguarding the company´s reputation and assets.
Could you plese help me to define my occupation code in NOC?
