I applied for PR through consultant. It´s been 70 months since CHC received my application in New Delhi CHC office. My medicals were done in Oct 05, FBI report sent in first week of mar, 2006. Passports sent in Nov 05, along with landing fees. My consulatnt is time and again sending reminders to CHC, but now Can I directly enquire my status from CHC? Will it effect my case?

they won´t reply to you because you have authorized a rep to inquire on your behalf - if you want an answer, you will have to cancel your reps authorization..
