I also wonder how it works:
Step 1: we go to the Doctor for medical examination.
Step 2: Doctor sends the report to Ottawa
What are the next steps, why it takes so long to upload.

FYI - it is e-Client Application Status (e-CAS) and not e-chage
It´s the CIC mission responsible for the change in e-CAS.
