| Subject: Letter Received on the time of Medical Expiration |

Hi, everyone,
my medical expired on April.27,2006, and just received a letter from CIC Buffalo yesterday, advising me of submitting following docs:
1. Updated IMM008 ( SW Immigration application form)
2. Current Proof of Fund
the letter dated on May.2,2006, didn´t mention any medical thing although it expired already.
besides, the letter said " if we fail to receive the doc requested within 60 days from the date of this letter (May.2,2006), we´ll assume you´re no longer interested in pursuing application and your application will be refused and file closed"
I just have two questions here:
1. why did they ask me to provide updated IMM008? it´s the basic application form every applicant required to fill in and submit at the time of application. I did submit it on July.30,2004, when first applied.
2. the words of "File Closed" mentioned in the letter is a good or bad sign here?
i´m just tired of this kind of endless waiting, don´t know what will happen again after i submitted above requested docs, don´t know how much longer i should still to wait for PPR.
any input or comments would be highly appreciated!

Hi, dont worry & be paitence cuz i got my interview after one week of my med expired, file closed mean nothing every body get same type of latter ...

Hi!
Just submit what was asked as soon as possible.
And don´t worry too much, it´s just their job to verify everything. If you were on their place you would probably do the same.
