Hi,
My medicals have expired and I have not received any reply from CIC to my fax about the status of my application.After going through the posts in this forum it seems that I may not get a response for months...my question is that i am in the U.S right now but have to leave soon as my visa expires.What happens if CIC asks for passports...how should I send them?
If they ask to re-do medicals i have to do them in India but does that mean my file has to be transferred to India or no?I have no idea what the rules are.Can anyone help?

You´ll be given instructions when you get your Passport Request.
If you are asked to re-do your medicals and if you are in India by that time, you can just re-do the medicals in India and have it sent to Buffalo. You don´t have to get your file transferred to India.

Hi, can any one share how does CIC do the procedure or steps. Like security, criminal, medical etc. Which one is first or last?

Medical is first. however it doesn´t need ot transfer file in Delhi. you can go India just changing ur mailing address. U will get instruction when u receive passport request. As far i think u send it to Buffallo.
