I have a friend of 35 years age who is 12th standadrd and working in hair saloon as a hair stylist, for last 5 years, My question is Is he qualified in a skilled worker category for Canada immigration??

the noc for hair stylist is open (noc 6271) but your friend doesn´t have the education required . if she/he gets an approved job offer it should work
