I don´t know who "ICU" is, but I would strongly suggest a careful screening of their services prior to initiating an agreement, especially in light of the multitude of errors found on their website (including their claim that they can speed up your application´s processing, immediately after warning readers to beware of anyone who makes such a claim - duh).
Be very careful when hiring someone who claims to be an immigration professional, yet can´t spell, posts incorrect (or grossly antiquated) information on their website, and does not even proofread their own marketing information.
Case in point - the following was copied from ICU´s own website:
"Australia have a unique immigration procedure, and many types of visas. Many people complain about their immigration profile was held by AUSTRALIA Migration for long time an held the applicant under holding visa for long time. Our advise for people willing to migrate to AUSTRALIA to consult and immigration lawyer or agent instead of applying by themselves."
"ICU" typically stands for "Intensive Care Unit", but in this case, I think they are the ones that should be hospitalized!

Calm down and take it easy ICU. Why are so you mad? Everyone has right to criticize and you are there to defend yourself instead. By the way, do you have any idea how many applicants are harassed, abused, and cheated everyday by immigration lawyers and consultants? Thaz why ppl are cautious and have right to say anything they want. You´re in a business ... you eat all the craps and deliver the best sweet you can. If you don´t understand the simple business rule to stay in the business, you better shut down all your offices and learn self control.

Dear ICU
Then why have you (ICU) written my company asking us how to do things?
"We are BAR ASSOCIATION LAWYERS in CANADA". There is the Canadian Bar Association and Provincial Law Societies and if your not a member of a Provincial Law Society you are not authorized to practice Law-PERIOD!
Even if your a Lawyer in OZ you need to be recognized by the Migration organization unlike "Immigration lawyers in AUSTRALIA" and if they are so then name the ones in Canada and OZ or say goodnight.
