| Subject: Medical for new born in USA?? |
I am from US/Buffalo under skilled and I want to know whether I need to perform medicals even for my new born baby or not. So far he is not added to our appln. planing to add sooner. please suggest on this.

yes you do need to do medical if you decided to add your baby to your application.
Ask CIC to send you the form to add your baby tou your application first and if they already send you medical form then you can ask additional form for your baby also.
You have to inform CIC as soon as possible when there is change in family member so it won´t delay you application further.

inform and send 4 pictures. also send new additional family information form with baby information on it. copy of birth certificate and copy of passsport of the baby.
