Subject: Filling up forms
a question on form-filling.

In the Permanent Resident Application Form (page 2), under details of family members, do I need to put my parents & siblings even if they´re not accompanying me to Canada and I´m over 21 years old?

In page 2 you need to put your spouse "Husband or wife" and childrens INFO only. If you do not have kids or spouse leave it blank and mark "N/A"

Parents should be in the form "Additional family info". Take care when you fill those forms, one mistake may delay many months.

Beware of what ICU posts here - at best, it is only half correct information.

BTW - Common-law partners must be included on page 2, as well (i.e., not just husbands and wives).
