Can anyone informe that What may be the minimum time period to get visa after paying RPRF?

1# NO time limit.
2# Depends where are you now...if you´re in the USA, and if your everything is completed (docs, meds, and etc), then PPR should not take more than a 30-45 days.

Hi ´a friend´....it all depends on where you are. If you are applied from within Canada, it can take anywhere from 4 months to 1 year after you have completed your medical exam. Depending on your nationality, your background and security checks can take a short or really long time. So, there isn´t really any definite answer to your question.

But it took mine the same time period I mentioned and I think from the same forum I notice most of applicants have the same experience.
Did you notice I mentioned PPR, but not stamped visa?
Did you also notice I mentioned if all other processes were done before expecting PPR?
Did you notice I asked whether was he in the USA?

I´m an student visa holder who currently studying in USA. I paid my RPRF on 29th November 2013, untill now (14 feb 2014) hav´t hard nothing since the payment. What should I do?
