Don´t worry about what is written on e-client.
Concerning my wife, I KNEW that they had the medicals and all the other documents. But on internet, it was written only in process.
On internet, in was written THE SAME DAY, that they had received the medical and that the decision was made. So, you see, when they don´t say anything on internet, it does not mean that they don´t have the documents. May be, they do not have time to update our file. Yes, I know we are waiting and worrying...
Be optimistic. It will come very soon and you will be with your husband for Christmas.
