Subject: Regarding proof of funds
I would like to get an information about proof of funds. Actually I do not have the required amount of my money in my savings account right now, so my parents are going to deposit the money in my account. But they might need to withdraw the money after i submit the application forms and later deposit it again in my account at the time it will be needed to leave for Canada. Does the fact of withdrawing the money in between pose a problem?

well Juan no but u must make sure that we they request NEXT TIME with your IA the bank statment that the money was in the account for at least six month..In other words, the next time it is better that you show them either a letter stating that you have this amount of money from this period to this period or monthly bank stats for each and every month for the last six months..

good luck.

If you have enough funds, but under your parents´ name, you could get a bank statement for your parents´ account and a letter from your parents that they will support you. Not sure if this is standard procedure, but it worked just fine for someone I know (who applied in Paris though).
