| Subject: any Jan 2004 SW applicant? |
I applied my immigration on Jan 2004 and obtained interview waiver in october 04 and sent medicals and FBI report at the end of 2004. since then i have been waiting for my pp request till now. i am still waiting. Anyone has the similar timeline as i do? i applied in Buffallo

you are not alone. I applied thru Buffalo in Oct 03, interview waiver July 04, Medical, FBI finger print and additional docs in Aug 04.. since then, nothing heard except that background screening was ongoing.

I too ´am a Jan 2004 applicant - all done waiting on BG Check to get over.
