Subject: Spouse & Children filling details in IMM 0008
  To whom it may concern.

I´m planning to apply for immigration as a Skilled Worker
I´m getting 72-73 points.
I´m married and have 2 children under age 12.
My intend is to get immigration visa for myself first
(as I do not have enough funds to process application for all family),
leave for Canada and after I settle down to sponsor my wife and kids.
In the Application for Permanent Residence in Canada [IMM 0008] in box 2:
"How many family members (including yourself) are included
in this application for permanent residence in Canada?"

As I understand I have to write "4" and on page 2 complete
all 3 members of my family
and in box:

"Will accompany you to Canada" check "NO"

also complete 2 copies of Additional Family Information [IMM 5406]. First - details about me as a principal applicant
Second - details of my wife as a principal applicant.

Do I understand things right?
Can the right person (lawyer) confirm it or
if I´m wrong explain how shell I fill these fields.

Hi Irakli.

According to what you have explained, you are correct in your form filling.

Would you be interested in having a professional advisor review your entire application prior to submitting it? It costs very little, and can help you avoid months (years???) of delays in processing. For more information, please visit http://www.e-ca.ca/eaudit.htm and http://www.e-ca.ca/efees.htm
