AOR: March 31, 2005
File transfer to New York Office: Feb 2006
IA: March 1, 2006
Med: March 9, 2006 ( My doctor sent out the results on March 21, 2006. I am living 2 hrs. distance from Ottawa. )
Add. docs: April 2006
e-cas chnaged: June 5, 2006 ( "Medical results have been received.")
