Hi,
Two weeks ago I?ve e-mailed a letter to CIC-Berlin and asked them about any news about my status as well as if they have received the requested documents.One day later they gave me answer that:
Thank you for your e-mail dated --,--,---- . Please be advised that background checks are on going.Upon completion of these background checks, the immigration section will contact you. If you have not heard from the Immigration Section in six months time, please feel free to contact us.The immigration section has received the requested documents and have added them to your file.
But now is nearly three months that I am waiting and they didn?t ask me even for interview or proof of funds or anything else,Can anyone please tell me what would be the next step and how long I have to wait until they contact me?
Any sugestuion are very appreciated.

cud u tell us ur time line plz????i suppose 2005 may applicants have recv some info....whatz ur time frame?

itz quite long time now i wonder what happened anyways if u wud like to join another wonderful gigantic berlin applicants thread going on u cud gather lotz of info.....
