i guess job offer might be speedy if you don´t, yes, don´t have post-graduated work permit.

Since Buffalo figured out i still have more than 1.5 year valid on my work permit.
Why not just use it up, throw my case in the back.

Well, that might be just my case.

Not sure if MP can give Buffalo a kick

I had a client who waited twelve years to get her spouse an interview in SA and she went to four different MP. The visa post will respond but don´t hold your breath that anything will come of it unless there is an election called then any MP will scream to get your friends vote but if you can´t vote in Canada why would a MP care to help you?

DB- I hope your MP is more helpful than mine was. All they proved to me what they could read CAIPS notes as well as I could.

No, since my MP is in Ottawa these days, I have no chance to see him in my church.
It´s my fault, I should talk to MP while i am in church with him on Jan.
now only assistant takes care of,
he said, we will look into it.

let´s just wait for another two weeks i bet.
scare me !!!12 years. cry!!!!

try to keep business and politics separate from church. Your MP will respect you for your courteous behaviour. If you bother him at church about your immigration file - you risk him refusing to help you.

it will go further if it goes the other way. You go to his office and he recognizes you from church. He will automatically respect you and might be more willing to be helpful

From my experience MP help a lot. But in my case, I have valid work permit that only valid for one year. But I really think it is all depend on your background (Your country of origine, if you move a lot, organization you used to belong to, etc etc)
