Thanks for the reply,
Different colleges have different requirement from 5.5 to 6.6 . But i have heard there is IELTS requirement if one is applying to student visa.
Like in Australian student visa, minimum score should be 6.
Is it a case in Canadian student visa?
i have searched it in Canadian immigration site, but I didn´t find it.

Hi
minimum and maximum 7.0 bands if u want to go to Australia or anywhere in student visa.u should must achieve urs goel and urs target is upto 7.0 bands

well atleast 6.5 or 6 minimum band is required for bachelor degree ! 5.5 is low, u better give toefl and score atleast 220 (in computer based toefl)
