Got our PPR letter from Seattle today!
No change in E-case though. No indication of RPRF refund either. They just asked for passports. I sent them immidiately with Fedex.

Congrats! Other applicants have also gotten PPR without online changing. I think you get your refund when you land or thereafter. Good luck.

I have no idea when they received Ottawa. But, I did medical exams on 6 March 2006, and the medical office told me that they would sent the results to Ottawa in 2 weeks.

They did mention that I should have a valid passport but didnt say for how long. They also said that my visa would be valid till March 2007 (one year from my medicals).
They gave me two options: 1. to go there in person 2. to send them in mail.
