For question #10, "Funds - Amount of unencumbered transferable and available funds you have, in Canadian Dollars"
I am in the US and have gotten an Bank Certification letter for my Savings Balance in US Dollars---How should I fill out this question?
Please help, I´m about to send in the Application and this is holding me back!

convert the USD $ in CDN $ and take a certificate from ur bank and send it to CIC, that sit.

Normally bank in US will refuge to give a certificate in CAD. This is what I did (on May 2006): took the certificate in US (in USD) and visited http://www.xe.com/ and calculated the converted the amount in CAD. Wrote this amount in Q# 10.
I got the AOR. (May 31st)
