I found this site after long search.
My case as follows:
I signed a contract with one of CSIC consultants in my country for immigration. I have now more than 3 Months without AOR. I got worried and I went to this CSIC trying to figure out this case. I got a photocopy of my application and I found that:
1- He did not send Use of representative form and he put my present and mailing address instead of his.
2- He told me that to send the file by my name is better for Immigration processing center.
3- In form of additional family INFO, he forgot to let me sign it.
4- He filled forms with wrong data.
5- Till now he took from me over 3000 $ US.
I do not know what to do? how could I correct the missing data and signature in my application? Is their is a way to sue him?
Please Please Please I need your help lawyer or humans.

Salib,
At any point you may correct any paper...that´ll be no problem. But have you got the AOR at last? If not, you may contact your local CIC.
Regarding paper: You may resend signed paper and corrected information once again. Options are always open to keep things right and updated.
I wonder what type of consultant have you hired who does not represent them to CIC?? Did you do good homework before hiring the consultant? It is your own business now whether you wanna sue them or not. But I´ll suggest, focus on your application process. You may start working with your consultant by watching every step from today or you may fire them (if money is not a big factor for you)and do the rest of the process by yourself.

Thanks for your reply. After investigating this is not CSIC consultant.I found that this is a company. I will work on my file by myself. Thanks again Sammy
