| Subject: Request for "Original" documents? |

I am applying to sponsor my wife in China. I sent what I thought were originals of the documents from my previous divorce. I got them from the court and they were embossed with an official seal. Now they have requested "ORIGINAL" divorce petition, judgement and certificate. I don´t know what to send them now so I will try sending the same things again. Can anyone offer any advice?

try writing a letter to explain (in reply to: Request for "Original" documents?)
My two cents worth, check with the officials in china and see what are the documents they issue for divorce, if the document that you got is all that they issue,then write a letter to CIC and explain that to them. How about getting the chinese embassy to write a letter stating the kind of documents issued in china for divorce and send them to CIC with your letter.
