Regarding reference letter i asked from my three previous empliyers over the phone as now I am working in other country,they said to write yourself and we will signed after verifing.I have written three lettere to three employers stating all requirments(salary,role,period and gross salary).But problem is that all three looks like similer in format.will there be any problem in future.

There should not be any problem. But if I were you I would change the wordings a bit; why give unnecessary ideas to the immigration officer ? Google it, you will find tons of reference letter formats on the web.

No i don´t think it matters, my friend did the same thing with is employers - exactly the same wording, format etc. there were no issues.. he applied through the vienna office and got his PR already

I am a new immigrant and my application for conventional refugees has been rejected. Now I am applying ob Humanetarian ground. I have many friends here to whom I have extended my help in their life while in Canada or in Tibet. They want to give reference letters. But, they don´t know hot to start writing. Please advice me how to write a reference letter to the Canadian Immigration authorities.
