  Brian,
looks like NY consulate has gone quiet for a while. I thought about inquiring but have been trying to control my impatience. Meds received appeared on my ecas on june 5th, the same time as another member of the forum called DAD. Whereas DAD got his PPR letter on June 12, I am yet to receive one. Just getting a bit concerned. My lawyer says that we should give immi 4 weeks from the date the last document was sent. its been almost 3 weeks now. Have you made any inquiry to NY. let me know. Share your experience.

thanks

Hello,

Thanks for the update. I agree with you that NY is getting little slow now; not very surprized since 30-40 per cent of the staff might we on vacation. Anyway, I am waiting for three months from the date I did my medicals to expire before I call them; this will happen by end of June. Most likely I will contact them in the first week of July. Moreover, my eclient status has also not changed to medicals recieved.

Brian

one more question to brian (in reply to: to Brian,)
how do you know that 30-40% NY staff could be on vacation. Also, When meds received is updated on ECAS, does that mean that file is ready to be finalised and that all checks are done and therefore PPR ready to be issued?

thanks
