Got a call from LA visa office on May 24 2006, they don?t have my medical. I contacted Ottawa and my doctor?s office; Found out Ottawa misplaced my medical report. Doctor?s office resent the file and Ottawa confirmed that they processed the medical and sent it to LA.
Today called visa officer?s (who interviewed me) direct number. Yes she answered and she told me that she is no longer in-charge of my application; she mentioned that Ms X is the in-charge of my application and she told me that she is going to transfer to Ms. X, but unfortunately I got disconnected.
What it does mean?
Experts, please help to understand how the process works.

Call first Ms X and ask her to transfer second Ms X again before she transfer ask her to give her direct number to you.
