i have been asked for pcc with in 90 days to submit but now it seems to be delaying in passport office and police station in india what am i to do ?

90 days is indicative. They also know that delay may happen.
Write to them that you have applied for PCC and you anticipate a delay. Make sure you send a certified letter only.

Babu,
Where in India have you applied? It shouldn´t take more than 45 days. You can ask the RPO office´s enquiry counter. If they r waiting for your police verification report, then check with your local police station. Many a times, there will be one constable assigned, who might have tried to reach you. He will sit on your file till her gets his dues. Pay him 100 or 200, and you will get the pcc in a week.
