NO IA so far,
Buffalo.
Changed job couple of month ago.
Graduated Work Permit In Canada
skilled worker.

MP office indicated that because job was changed, Buffalo need take
my case out and wait another 36 weeks to give me answer.

I work 40 hours/week in Canada, so busy, no time to go thru whole shit of my PR.

Can I throw my case to my lawyer?
Do you think lawyer will help me in this stage?
I mean after 1.5 year, no IA.

I don´t mind spend couple grands, really, it´s just one month salary.
However, I wanna know if Lawyer will really speed up while my initial application was without lawyer.

Lawyer will not speed up your application process.

Yes, he/she can follow up, write letters to CIC, see if your case is being given fair consideration.

But to answer your question, Yes you can add a lawyer. But then your qualified lawyer could have told you that.

If I were you - I´d sit back and save my money.

There was a lawyer here on forum Roy Kellog who claimed to speed up case - fraud. Careful he is not the one who approached you - he was caught giving out personal information of his client to others to market to new clients.

No need for a lawyer they tend to milk you for nothing...You can follow your application, there is (belive me)nothing they do extra, just sit down and prepare your own application...
