I have lived in saudi for 7 yrs with family.Last year, i shifted back to kuwait and my family to india. I have been asked for medicals and police clearance for saudi arabia for myself and my wife. However, it is practically impossible to obtain police clearance, when iam out of saudi.
What would be the best way to update CIC either by filling IMM8 form or just a letter?
Ihave obtained police clearnce for kuwait and my family have police clearnce for india.

I guess you should visit the nearest Saudi Embassy in your country, I am sure they can help you or provide the documents you need ...or at least can direct you...

Well did you inform them that you have moved to Kuwait? Maybe CIC assumes that you are still in SA.
If you did not inform a change of address then you should.
If you did inform or applied from Kuwait - write to them explaining the situation and ask them on details of how to obtain the PCC. Usually CIC includes a form on how to obtain PCC from your home country and country of residence(s).

I have applied through a lawyer. I do not have any probelm with communication address.
Iam planning to submit kuwait pcc+indian pcc for my wife together with updated IMM8.
Advice please

The fact remains - did you inform CIC of your change in location?
If not, it may jepordize your case. Prompt information about change of job, address, stauts is required.
Your lawyer should have done it.

Dude.. Communication address and your domicile address are 2 different things.
Now they will ask for Saudi and Kuwait PCC. Maybe you commited a crime in Saudi and ran off. How can CIC be sure?
