Hi friends
I?m preparing myself to submit my application. It includes me, my husband and our children,
My question is:
Is it possible to let my sister join us in the same application, she is unmarred, highly educated and she lives in our homeland not the same in which I live since 4 years?
Thank you
Olga

(in reply to: my sister) No, Olga, i don´t think you are allowed to include your sister in your application.
Why not ask your sister to apply for Immigration herself since u mentioned that she´s highly educated?

(in reply to: my sister) Yes - If she is under 18 years of age and would have no one to look after her if you are her only family.
However, I´d say it is going to be difficult. First you immigrate and then let her use points from you.
Or, if she is highly educated and has enough points - let her apply independently.

(in reply to: my sister) If you were her legal guardian you could add her, but you mention she hasn´t lived in the same country as you for 4 years then no, you cannot add her.
