| Subject: Experience of Different NOC List |

Hi All,
I have completed MS in Computers and currently in USA. I have two years of IT experience . Before my Master study i have experience in
Mechanical Field which goes under different NOC list. i did my bechlors in Mechanical. Now if i apply for Canada immig under skilled worker category. Would my experience of mechanical would be counted and should i get full experience point of 4 year? Because i have only 2 years of exp in IT .

Afik, changing the edu field doesnt make any problem. all they need Masters degree and other requirments to be fulfilled for the points to reach 67. how come you become and IT professional after doing Mecha in the bachelors? sound strange. you cant be a good IT professional , thats 100% sure.

Hi ,
Not only me there are so many others who diverted from
their original branch to Computer science. I did Master
degree in Computers. My question is Did my Mechanical Work
experience would be counted or not?
