Subject: Pre-Removal Risk Assessment
I was a refugee claimant and my case was regected. Then I appealed for federal court that was also denied. At the same time I filled my h&C and now the pre-removal risk assessment came. I was wondering if I got married to my boyfriend would I be able to stay in the country and process my application for spousal sponsership. Or do I have to leave the country.

if you marry him, bear in mind:

1) you will need marriage certificate
2) to get it u need to wait 90 days and then to get it another 10 weeks
3) how it will look like in the eyes of an officer? bona fide marriage? I doubt so.

I recently had my PRRA. At this time I had to hand over my passport. Where is my passport now and how can I get it back?
