My AOR was December 2006 in Malaysia visa post.
My February 2006 CIAPS showed:
" PAPER FILE SENT TO NEW FILE BF´D TO: DC ON 15-12-2006"
My June 2006 CIAPS showed:
"PAPER FILE SENT TO PA FILE BF´D TO: PPS ON 31-08-2007"
and indicate that they had received a copy of new passports that was renewed in March 2006.
Looks like they have changed location of the file, case officer and the brought forward date is now 8 months later! before IA.
Any one have had same experience?

BF date is not a 100% indication. it can change often. if they do noit get updates on the file by that date it will be pulled out then. usually thigs happen earlier.
what si your time line so far. maybe BNF date makes sense
