It´s now EASIER to apply for the Canadian visa!
Let me explain...
As you may already know, the Canadian immigration rules
changed A FEW DAYS AGO.
Since these changes were announced by the Canadian Government, we´ve
received literally HUNDREDS of emails from people who want to
take advantage of these modifications!
Potential immigrants from all over the world are going crazy! They
all want to apply for the Canadian visa as soon as possible!
They will most likely be living in Canada a few months from now,
since the application process was simplified even more
by the Government! :)

I see nothing in the news or at the CIC website about this. IThis does not appear to be based on anything factual and sounds like rumor. The person making this claim should copy and paste here the complete text of the email they received.
