Hi!
I´m a canadian citizen living in the philippines. i would like to move back to canada together with my fiance within the next two yrs preferably. is it better to sponsor a fiance or a spouse? and can i sponsor my fiance/spouse while living in the philippines still or shld i be living in canada when i sponsor?

You cannot sponsor your fiance. You have 2 options
1) Get married and sponsor him/her as your spouse, OR
2) If you have been living together for more than a year and can prove this conclusively you can sponsor him/her as Common-Law Partner.
As you are Canadian citizen you can sponsor while living in Philippines.

A Canadian living in the Philippines on visitor visa status will be considered to be living in Canada.
