Subject: May I have my medical while I am in my home countr
  Dear Experts,
I am studying in a Canadian University.I applied as a skilled immigrant with my wife and one children. They never been to the Canada. I got the medical paper.I know my wife and child would do their medical exam in my country with designated doctors.
I am also presently in my country doing my field work. My question is may I also go for medical exam with them in my home country? or I have to do it in Canada? You know they gave a limited time for it.
Please advise me in this regard.

u have to do it from where you are applying to come to canada ,if u are applying from your country i believe u have to do it from ya country if from within canada i believe u have to do it from within canada.
But for ya family they have to do it from ya country for sure.
Good luck

As far as I know, you can have it done by any DMP on the list. Doesn´t matter where you applied.

don´t do it until you are asked. there is an expiry date on your medicals and CIC will request them again if there is not sufficient time left for your PPR issuing and landing.
