| Subject: Best place to live in Toronto |
Hi i will be moving to Toronto next year and i now considering buying a property to live in either Oshawa(north) or Oakville. I just want an opinion on which is the best area to live and raise a family.

whats your Budget?
Why not Missisauga (near to the Pearsons Airport) or Scarborough?

My budget is maximum of ?350,000.I do not want to live in Missiauga because i just don´t like the area and by the way i have been there.

Well Oshawa has pretty much the highest property taxes around the GTA. As for Oakville, well this is industry city. There isn´t much difference between Mississauga and Oakville, that whole area is one belt of office towers after all. With your budget, how about Burlington? There are some nice neighbourhoods there, e.g. close or along the lakefront? You still have the QEW and the GO train to get into town. Consider also cities that are outside the belt that goes along the lake maybe.
