Hey everyone, I have been speaking with a guy who says he can help me get into canada, using some pnp thing, his name is Roy Kellogg and i think he may be this same guy who posts on this site!! His email address is canvisa@bellnet.ca Is this guy a fraud? If he is, can you direct me to the real Roy so i can start doing business with him? Thanks all, this is puzzling me here and i think i smell a rat. Sharon, i´m particularly looking for a reply from you. Anyone else with legit info. please help me out before i give this guy my money and he is a fraud.

by the way... the PNP thing may work for you, but there is some restrictions about where you will be living etc.

guys, if you suspect fraud, it´s not your duty to be a investigator.
refer the complain to CIC.
Since he is registered, you know how to do.
Our role should not be a person to decide if they are bona fide.

Well hello Sharon and Shane nice talking to both of you. That advice about getting references is exactly what caused all this spam attacks and phoney email addresses. Someone recommended a company and it looked as if it was the same person or someone related to the head of the company.
Shane with all this mess going on I have been answering many bogus potential clients e-mails but I seriously thought I had answered you. I have now.
The big news this weekend regarding Immigration is that not only did Nova Scotia PNP suspend their economic stream applications they ended the whole program. Now everyone who is a business applicant will have to switch to another PNP program.
Shane, Sean amd others I (the real Roy) will gladly provide references for any potential client as well will provide contact information for anyone to confirm my knowledge and experience.
I do not post answers here looking for potetial clients but to provide correct information. I also normally inform persons where to find said information in the manuals as well.

Ok whoever the Roy I do not mind butstop advertising here and instead try to help people...
Immigration Consultants can do nothing more or better than you can do on your own...
Use your own brain , skills, study hard, do your homework well and DO NOT SPEND ANY PENNY on any smart asses...
Our spoilt child Departure Bay will get his PR in 3 weeks, he did everything on his own...
I got my PR just after a year I did everything on my own ..
So be smart ....

THERE ARE 100S OF IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT IN THE COUNTRY. WOULD YOU PLEASE STOP TALKING ABOUT THIS "ROY" AND LOOK FOR OTHERS IF YOU REALLY NEED ONE. WHY YOU ARE TALKING AND CONCENTRATING ON SOMEONE WHERE WE HAVE SOME CONFUTION ABOUT HIM.....Definitely he is not the best consultant in the country.

Not the best and never claimed to be just the best known. If one is only doing skilled worker applications yes in theory anyone can fill in a form. I started this mess because I was the one that said get references from his/her clients and only hire someone if they specialize in a certain area that you are in need of assistance. That comment was what caused all this stupidity. Then anonymous was upset because I offerred to provide several references.
If you only have one employer you should be able to do your own income tax but when you have several employers you should use a professional. Lawyers are not trained in Immigration Law at Law school and in Ontario can not be disciplined for professional negligence. Just because someone is a member of an organization does not make them good. Always get several references and speak to past clients.
My concern was someone name anonymous was recommending a company that many where seeking help in filing a Law Suit. I can´t name the company because that would be a violation of my organizations code of conduct. Others named the company.
