| Subject: Do we have to wait to pay RPRF ? |
Dear All,
I am planning to take my medicals shortly. I was not yet asked to pay for RPRF. Do we have to wait for CIC to ask us to pay RPRF or we can pay now? What is the exact amount in US dollars? 450$ ?

If they did not ask - don´t pay. Once they are ready - they will ask.

RPRF can be paid anytime during the process.
US$445 or CAD490 for each (applicant and spouse)...here´s the link.

Hey thanks for all ur replies.
In my IA letter dated March15th, they said I can pay RPRF at that time. But since my married status has not been updated I did not pay. I am planning to pay it now.
KK: what do u mean by there? In the place where I live in US, I am about to pay 400 USD per person for medicals.
